Albert Vance aka Mr. Sausage
Albert Vance grew up in a small rural town outside of Marshall Texas and at the age of 17 eager to explore the opportunities in Dallas, Texas . He observed the value of hard work and dedication that was exhibited by parents that pushed him into his love for cooking. This where the Marhsall, Texas native, now Dallas Native put his cooking on the map by watching and enjoying his mother cooking he developed a passion for cooking. The idea came to light in 2021 to start his own business which he speacialize in link sausages, breakfast sausages and Chilli in our down home country kitchen with love.
